Greg Wilgenbusch has over 25 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience with global leadership teams, in both public and private equity firms, building capabilities and business processes to deliver significant revenue growth and improved profitability. He has experience in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, and has directed Human Resource programs, policies, and processes at Corporate, Division, and field levels.
Greg is skilled at aligning talent management and organizational effectiveness processes with strategic business objectives. He has developed and implemented strong leadership development and succession planning programs supporting business transformation. He has also created a strong talent-focused culture, based upon the identification and measurement of key roles and talent necessary to deliver strategic initiatives.
In Greg’s most recent role as Group Vice President, Human Resources, and as an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team at Broan-NuTone, he created a functionally-led global organization, including identification and acquisition of key leadership talent. He partnered with leadership to streamline processes and create a performance-based culture through deployment and communication of key strategic initiatives, annual objectives, and regular performance feedback.
As a Business Transformation expert, Greg led the business and cultural transformation at Philips Lumileds by identifying the talent and creating the processes and structures necessary to double revenue and strengthen earnings growth. His background also includes work with Allied Signal, Danaher, and Philips Electronics.
